Gauri Khan Prays For Aryan Khan’s release, Gives Up Sweets As A Part Of Her ‘Mannat’ During Navratri-REPORT
Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others will remain in judicial custody till October 20
Aryan Khan’s life has witnessed a massive setback as a Mumbai special NDPS court on Thursday reserved its order on his and other accused’s bail applications till October 20. This ultimately affirms that Aryan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will remain in judicial custody at the Arthur Road Central Jail and the Byculla Women’s Jail for the next five days on account of public holidays over the next few days.
Amid the entire episode, the mood inside Mannat, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s luxurious residence, is quite sombre. The couple are stuck to their phones, taking legal advice and talking to close friends all day.
While the couple are trying everything in their power to get a bail order for Aryan, Gauri has even decided to pray for Aryan’s release.
A recent India Today report quoted a source speaking about the current situation at Mannat and informed that SRK and Gauri are growing extremely worried with each passing day.
The source also informed that Gauri has kept a mannat (a wish that one desires to come to fruition) for Aryan and has constantly been praying during the Navratri. She has been off sugar and any sweets since the festival started.
Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani even shared a photo of the Goddess on her Instagram story before a previous hearing. She wrote ‘thank you Mata Rani’. At that point, both Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri thought that Aryan would be out on bail the next day.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
Meanwhile, the recent report also added that Shah Rukh Khan has asked his celebrity friends to not visit the family frequently amid the harrowing times. However, it is only Salman Khan who was spotted visiting Mannat thrice.
While the lawyers continue their battle in court, Shah Rukh and Gauri have asked friends and family to keep Aryan in their prayers.
On October 11, SRK had sent a money order of Rs 4,500 to the Arthur Road jail authorities for Aryan Khan's canteen expenses.
